BEFORE SHAMPOO : Apply oil on lengths and tips to keep hair manageable and nourished. Leave at least for one hour and rinse off.

OVER NIGHT : Massage oil on scalp and hair and leave overnight for deep nourishment. Rinse off the next morning.
